Guest guest
Speaking of multi-supplements........I have been giving my son " Minerall " from Kirkmans as part of his mineral supplementation for about 8 months. I liked it because it contains lithium orotate, zinc, potassium iodide, and selenomethionine, among many other things. Well I was thoroughly shocked when I re-read the label yesterday and saw that it contains 20 mgs of potassium as potassium aspartate!! I need to research this, but I'm pretty sure I remember that aspartate is one of the excitatory neurotoxins. Any thoughts on this?? thanks, Kellie.
