Guest guest
Dear Joann, Have you tried Dr. Hoffman in NYC? He is a complementary physician, and his office treats Graves. When I had it, he referred me to a Chinese acupuncturist there, who also gave me advice on nutrition. I don't know if this is what did the trick (I did other stuff as well, such as eliminate some new supplements I had been taking prior to getting ill, and also took Tapezol and Atenol), but I got better in a few months. I don't know his number, but, if he is still practicing, he is in Manhattan in the East 30s. Good luck, AntJoan
Guest guest
Hi Joann: You may wish to check out the following web site. Read the articles, follow the links, and be informed! Also check out the information on aspartame - very scary stuff!! http://webhome.idirect.com/~wolfnowl/thyroid.htm Take care, Me. -- It does not require many words to speak the truth. - Chief ph
Guest guest
Hi Mike, I got into your site about the drugs, and really apprieciated the info. I have probably read it before here somewhere, but didn't pay too much attention since I wasn't taking the meds yet. Thanks so much. Guest guest
Hi Sandy The only thing I know about lithium is that when you are first started on it you need bloodwork daily. It is a very powerful drug. I think you need to be careful and read some more about it. Kate lithium I read a while ago that lithium used to be used for the treatment of hypert. I think they stopped using it as a treatment in the 50's. Anyone have any info on this, like why they no longer use it? The reason I'm asking, my naturopath sells a liquid form of lithium. I have been using that and find it takes away my rapid heart and anxiety. I'm on Tapazole, I'm borderline hypert but I have a large goiter. I'm using the Tapazole to try and shrink the goiter but it doesn't seem to help with my symptoms. Sandy

Guest guest
I need to buy more lithium from VRP and was wondering if there were any codes to get a discount. Thanks.
Guest guest
Hi , I don't have a code for you but wanted to mention that I'm now using this brand of lithium at iHerb: http://www.iherb.com/Search.aspx?kw=lithium%20orotate As far as I can tell (for me & my DD) it works just as well as the VRP brand. Same strength but you get 200 caps for $14,95 so much better value than VRP. > > I need to buy more lithium from VRP and was wondering if there were > any codes to get a discount.
