Andy, , Start MB12 shots first? or DMSA First?

We are preparing for starting MB12 shots now, but after reading all these

encouraging stories of Cutler protocol, I am tempting to start DMSA soon. Should

I put MB12 shots on hold first and start DMSA or start B12 shots anyway, and

DMSA later? If it is better, how long should I be on MB12 shots and start DMSA?

, Help?
