I am posting here for those who do not also post on the GFCF group, I

need all the opinions and experience I can get on this, I am feeling

like we need to start chelation ASAP, but not sure if we are ready yet.

As we progress and things change " form " so to speak, I am coming up

with more questions. We have come through the IgG testing, removed 24

foods, plus gone GFCF, we added TONS of supplements a little at a time

and now have an arsenal of daily pills (four times a day) plus

probiotics and enzymes galore. We have seen significant improvement,

but nothing that is consistent at any level, except that yeast is

definitely one of our issues and some sensory problems are kept well

under control, whenever we can get the yeast under control, and lately

that seems to be a challenge. We have had a hair elements test which

resulted in deranged mineral transport, meeting the counting rules

with 11 elements in the " average " category. We have gone ahead and

bought DMSA to chelate with Adny Cutler's protocol and had started

ramping up the supplements in order to be in line with the things

needed during chelation, although we have left the B-complex and

carotenoids for when we actually start the process. So here we

are....now, I have noticed some changes that I think need addressing

BEFORE we begin chelation.

1 - When we are chasing symptoms (they seem to be yeasty signs,

sensory issues and emotional outbursts) does that mean we need to

change our yeast protocol? We have done two things since seeing this

increase, we added OoO once a day (two drops so far) and we have

decided to give probiotics twice a day, in place of the biotin we were

using before. So now we are doing probiotics in the morning and

before bed and then giving the biotin 3 times a day (about 15mg each)

and OoO once with the first biotin dose.

2 - Since adding in moly, milk thistle and more vit c, we are seeing a

lot more urination, but strangely, it's at night. He will get up to

pee at some point (we leave a little potty in his room) PLUS he is

peeing in his bed again! We had gone a while without that before

adding these supps, could it be the milk thistle working ont he liver

or is this a bad sign?

3 - What justifies a supplement break, and how is that done? Do you

just stop everything and for how long, then do you add things in one

at a time...is there a certain order to that?

We are going on vacation the third week this month and I am hoping to

either use that time as a supplement break OR be done figuring out

what is wrong before then to get him more consistent. We don't know

if we should start chelation before or after then. We will most

definitely take a break while we are on vacation either way.

Thanks in advance
