Guest guest
I believe yeast is keeping my dd up til midnight every night. Giving her Threelac makes it worse, because of die-off I guess. Can't use Meletonin - it use to make her mean. Two questions: 1. Does biotin have less of a die-off reaction? 2. When we get yeast under control,... will sleep come more readily? (I am praying the answer is yes?) 3. Why is the die-off reaction worse at night? During the day she is sweet when I give the Threelac, but at night she starts swinging. I don't get it.
