Glutamine issues bad for adrenal insufficiency?

I bought some glutamine in a moment of forgetting that Andy says that

it should not be taken by anyone with low cortisol.

But since I have it, I wanted to check to see if others with low

cortisol have tried it and what negatives it can cause.

Along the same lines, my two kids are doing NAET and the doctor will

soon be prescribing a supplement for gut healing that has some

glutamine. But I'm not sure that they should take it since they both

have adrenal issues.

Can anyone share their experience with glutamine?

Thanks,
