What do you do about headaches on the round, my little guy, 5 yo, just

recently developed headaches during the rounds, and that makes him feel

really uncomfortable and make him cry. How can I make him feel better?

Thanks to all

Try lowering the dose. If you boy is very toxic, the metals coming out can make

you feel pretty bad.

You can try bringing it back up once you've gone a while at a tolerable dose.

In my case, headache is a symptom of redistribution and the solution

is to dose more frequently.

Hope this may help,

I got headaches from too much ALA and taking it too infrequently. If I

stretched the dose out to every 4 hours, I was bound to get a headache

by the end of Day 2. It seemed the frequency was more important to me

than the number of mgs taken.

Water helps, also extra magnesium. My son used to get this " pulling " feeling in

his head!

Thanks to all replied to me.  What is strange about my son, that we been

chelating him for over year, and he never had headaches until recently, but now

even I reduced the dose, he still gets it, even after the round is over.

Yesterday I stoped it in the morning, yet he still was uncomfortable during the

night and this morning.  I will try to change schedule next week, but also Dana

suggestion about the yeast makes sense.

Ladies who experienced headaches during the round, does it go away once you

finished round or does it last after that also?

Thanks again

Headaches for us, mean we need to reduce the dose. If it is low

already, then dose it more frequently..such as 2 1/2 hours and

increase vitamin C.

The headache went away after the round. I wonder if something else is going

like a sinus infection... due to yeast or cold.

Sorry not to be a lady :-)

My headache may last for three or four days after the end of the round.

My kids had almost instant relief, about an hour after I supplemented them with

magnesium.

Get NAET treatment to eliminate allergies. We've had a discussion here and

there regarding NAET, so you can search the message list. It has worked

wonders for myself and my son!

Oh, been there...yeah we had the same problem doing ala only.

Any chance you can go back to dmsa/ala? If not, try lowering the ala dose and

giving it closer together like 2 1/2 hours to see if that helps.

He may not be low enough in body burden yet for ala only.

Most commercial vitamin C is made from corn. Is that why your child is allergic

to it? If so, find a non-corn vitamin C.

It is common to get headaches during detox.. The best thing to do for it is to

drink more water..Plenty of water.. Headaches are a detox symptom....A symptom

that the detox is working successfully..

Just make sure your child drinks plenty of water..!!!!!

DMSA does make side effects more tolerable. It's explained in Andy's Amalgam

Illness book. You might be able to find info in onibasu.com archives.
