Why not just have him sit down and point it down. I remember doing that

with a willful misser once when babysitting. Worked like a charm. Added

Bonus: He hated sitting too, so he started hitting the mark, if you know

what I mean.

Sit him on he toilet backward - a few friut loops in the water for a

target. Lots of fun. A creative babysitter passed this recipe on. It

worked well for us.

Just sitting maybe? I wanted to recommend getting a plastic seat versus a

wood seat. The wood absorbs the stains and germs. Maybe teach him to use

flushable wipes to clean up after himself and he'll be more careful. Sorry,

didn't say age.

We have the boy problem.. he misses a lot and our bathroom reeks. I

have to hose down the potty every day..sometimes it still stinks. I am

thinking of renting him his own portapotty. Have them drop it off in

the driveway! LOL...

Anyway, the pee on the toilet paper target is not working. Telling him

to " aim " and " watch what your doing with that thing " is not working

either.

Short of having him pee in the yard...lol...are there any contraptions

or sort of splash guards or something out there? We only have one

bathroom so we all have to use it, us girls are less than thrilled

with the new smell. Help!

Table tennis ball:

Decorate with permanent markers and throw it in. Some sort of pattern

that will look good when the ball spins is best, big spirals, lines etc.

Still amuses me :-D

I saw this, but was worried he'd be too big for it. He's almost 4 feet

tall (47 1/2 inches)...so then instead of peeing all over the toilet,

he'd be peeing all over everything else! I could not really find the

height criteria for it. But it's a cute idea. Dad of course rolled his

eyes when I said " let's put a jr. urinal in the bathroom " . He said

" Can't we just have him pee outside? " .

And thankfully, we have a plastic seat, with these nifty hinges that

let you remove the whole seat every time you clean it.

Thanks everyone! If the cheerios don't work..he's gonna have to sit.

Who fishes them out after he pees on em? (or don't they fit down?)

Sorry, I am girl..a bit ignorant to these type of problems. My first

child was a girl..so no issues with this.

Since I am sure my plumbing is not going to handle flushing table

tennis balls down it...lol..
