Guest guest
- 10 years - 6 years History - 7 rounds ALA, 3 rounds ALA+DMSA, 1 round ALA Dosage this round - 8mg ALA every 2 1/2 hours, 3 at night X 3 days. As some of you know, had trouble on our last few rounds (ALA+DMSA) and we had to stop chelating for a month. This was due to constant complaining of finger/feet pain (peripheral neuropathy symptoms) and stomach aches (yeast?). This round went well for the boys although began kicking and stomping again and this went on for 3-4 days after the round and last night was improving a bit, but not totally. is high functioning, hardly an aspie, but has a history of " brain fog " /auditory information processing difficulty. During and after this round, I noticed what I thought was mental decline. I noticed when we played Scrabble, he was not able to add the points of his words quickly as he used to. I have noticed this lately. He has also become more forgetful than he was a month or two ago. We talked about this briefly as a family and concluded that he may be dumping metals and experiencing the symptoms of having excess metals messing up his thought process. Interestingly, his dad noted that despite this, that he was making progress in the area of creativity and imagination at school. He was telling his dad about a project and his dad thought the ideas were very keen and witty. (when previously they had been rather unusual/nonsensical) So there you have it.
