What brand of ALA do you use?

I am using Kirkmans 25mg ALA for my 6 year old daughter. I noticed the

ingredients are Microcrystalline Cellulose, ALA, Silicon Dioxide, Plant

Cellulose capsule.

I am not to sure about the Silicon Dioxide. Is this a safe ingredient?
