Guest guest
Hi Dana. What is the right dosage for carnitine to be given to my 5 year old child? Will carnitine be wise to be given while we are giving the the hydroxy cobalamin type of B12 shots? Will it increase the hyperactivity which B12 shots can cause? Thanks. -richard- ________________________________ From: danasview <danasview@...> Sent: Friday, January 30, 2009 10:43:05 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Biotin & Mg > Hi Dana! > I have a few questions: > *Where do you buy Biotin, Local health food store. >> any good brand? I started with 250mg. >>Will carnitine be wise to be given while we are giving the the hydroxy cobalamin type of B12 shots? I don't know. I used oral/sublingual methyl cobalamin. >>Will it increase the hyperactivity which B12 shots can cause? Possibly, altho that was usually related to yeast overgrowth here. But with better absorption, you may also need to reduce the dose of the B12. Dana

The subject head is Acetyl-L-carnatine, but the question in the body of your message is about carnatine. So it should be noted that 125mg Acetyl-L-carnatine has the same effect as 250mg L-carnatine. -- Ralph Nader on the need for moral courage:
