Guest guest
B " H I've never supped carnitine before, and I know Andy says on p. 143 in his book to use l-acetyl carnitine or l-carnitine, whatever's cheaper. When I went to Solgar's choices, I was astonished that there're many MORE choices like (1) " Carnitine Complex " : L Carnitine Fumerate 500 mg, ArginoCarn Acytl L Carnitine 250 mg Arginate Dihydrochloride, GlycoCarn Glycine Propionyl 250 mg L-Carnitine HCl (gPLC), L-Tauro Acetyl L-Carnitine 250 mg Taurinate Hydrochloride (2) " Advanced Acetyl L-Carnitine " : Acetyl L-Carnitine Arginate 320 mg Dihydrochloride, Acetyl L Carnitine Hydrochloride 320 mg (3) " L-Carnitine " : B6 2.5 mg, L-carnitine 250 mg (kosher) (4) " Maxi L-Carnitine " : Calcium 60 mg, L-carnitine 500 mg. Do I still choose based on what's cheaper, or will these variations make a difference? Also, someone please contirm that carnosine and carnitine are the variations of the same word.
