I am not sure if that is the same case. My son used to complain about

leg pain/knee pain/my leg was gone. He couldn't walk at all. I gave

him MB12 injection started last week, and I haven't heard any complain

ever since. All those bad symptons disappeared.

My child's DAN doctor suggested giving him coQ10 150mg and L carnitine.

Anyone's child on these?

I wonder if blood test is necessary to confirm if indeed he is lacking in

some of these minerals...just afraid of overdosing him with unnecessary

supplements.

Depends on the cause. " Wobbly " sounds like " drunken sailor " which is

a common description of yeast overgrowth. For low muscle tone, try

carnitine.

My son used those for quite a while. CoQ10 as part of mito cocktail.

Carnitine also as part of mito cocktail, but also for muscle tone

issues, growth issues, and proper absorption of several nutrients.
