See our Digestion Folder on how to test for stomach acid levels and how to take digestive enzymes. Lemon juice and sea salt in water as recommended in my article also aids digestion. Good meats and fats also help digestion. Bee

Guest guest
Is there an enzyme ... just for dealing with corn?

Guest guest
> > Is there an enzyme ... just for dealing with corn? I would try Zyme Prime and No-Fenol [or TriEnza]. My son did not tolerate corn with enzymes, because his corn issue was caused by improper carotene conversion. Once that problem was resolved, he tolerated corn. According to a book I have, zinc, vitamin C, and thyroid hormone are required for proper conversion. My son also needed selenium, which supports the thyroid so it was probably addressing the third issue above. This was after I had chelated my son, so ALA may or may not have also been required. Guest guest
I will deal with the conversion after I chelate for longer. Sound good? I know I have asked questions over and over. I am just exhausted and I believe I am out of juice. I am not usually a complainer, but.... you know how it is!
