how long to wait after giving activated charcoal?

My son has been taking diflucan as per Dr. K. We are over a month on it. He

had a little die-

off in the beginning - not much. Now we are really getting die-off symptoms.

We've never

had them this severe - vomiting, behaviors, etc.

anyway, I just gave activated charcoal (7:30 am) and he is back to his normal

self. How long

do I wait to give meds and supplements so i can get him to school? Is two hours

sufficient?
