ALA doseage

Hi,

I'm a brain dead new mom and I'm having a hard time figuring out the correct

dosage of

ALA for a 30# 2 year old. I'm thinking 5mg and just divide my 25mg capsule into

5; right?

I want to start with a very small and conservative dose because my boy is very

sensitive to

just about everything. I have 25 mg capsules from Kirkman's. How do I store the

rest of

the ALA until I use it? I would like to try the taste of it myself so I can

figure what is best to

hide the taste in. I'm wondering if it is safe for me to try because I am

currently nursing a

7 week old baby...what do you think?

I thought I would just hide the ALA in a syringe with juice and squeeze it in

his mouth.

I'm not starting with DMSA because my son is so sensitive, I have a feeling he

may not do

well on DMSA to start. What is your opinion on that? I think he may have lead as

well, so in

time I may want to try DMSA.

Also, the only yeast protocol my son can tolerate so far is Diflucan. I only

give it to him

when I feel his yeast flares up. Will this be suffient to keep yeast in line

while starting

chelation. Does yeast flare up with everyone who chelates?

Thanks,

Dani
