When starting b vits is it appropriate to give a b complex?

Or is it better to introduce different b's separately, such as

mb12,folic,b6?

I have been giving ds Nature's Answer Liquid Vitamin B Complex

It has

50mg B1

50mg B2

70mg Niacin

50mg B6

400mcg Folate

100mcg B12 [cyanocobalamin]

70mg Biotin [is this crazy high?]

70mg Pantothenic Acid

then other vitamin c,choline,inositol,and paba...

too many 'other' ingredients I suspect?

If doing a B complex probably better to do tablet or capsule than to

have too many additives?

I did purchase M12 sublinguals, and have 5mg Biotin capsules, but no

other B's in the medicinal besides the liquid complex.

When I gave my son B50, he improved AND had problems. I went to the

individual Bs, determined which one/s he needed and which one/s he had

problems with, then supplemented with the individuals for a while, and

after a while I was able to go back to B50.

Most B vitamins, except biotin, do tend to increase yeast, so watch

for that.

The biotin also requires magnesium for proper absorption.
