This is a TEI hair test. Since TEI chooses not to use age approprite norms,

their test is of no utility for applying the 'counting rules' approach to

children.

Adults who have this test can use it for a 'counting rules' approach though of

course exactly what to count and where is different for the TEI test report form

than for the DDI test report form. I mention this in the appendix of my book
