(below is snipped from 's post)....

PS. I'm going away now, having had, like Andy, my dose of

frustration for the week. Not that you should care about my emotional

state. You might, however, wonder if one of these days Andy might

decide that helping us simply is not worth it, given he is forced to

share the podium with some of the drivel that filters in off the streets.

====This totally made me snort...in empathy, yes, but also hit home -

When I first joined group and found information that meshed with what

I had so far come across, it was the sheer repetitiveness of the most

important information that helped...Brain fog, physical issues, lack

of sleep, and more - pretty much ruled my life. This, while trying to

find some sort of answers that made sense of my migraine girl's

" perpetual misery. " (big sigh - never mind the older kids patiently

waiting on the sidelines) Her " good " days could be counted on less

than one hand, in any given month...And, this dynamic (of toxicity)

and way of being does continue for me, tho to a much lesser degree - I

have absorbed/retained much much information, but often " miss "

pertinent pieces of good information to know - lolol, with a total

URRGG...however, this place happens to be one of the few places, that

I DO count on, to " repeat and repeat " again, those things that I DO

need keep focused on, and be aware of....I DO count on Andy, among

others, for that, and am beyond grateful, and feel very blessed, that

he and they, are able to work around any of their frustrations &

continue to address these and any other side issues that may come

up....and comment on their relative " bearing " on my life....and to

quote again, " Once you find a good 'interpreter', you stick

with them. " :) I tend to stick with Andy, on matters such as this -

he interprets things very well for me....wishing all the best answers,

elizabeth
