Guest guest
Every biomed parent needs to see this. Anywhere between 5-10 million people in America watched this episode on vaccines on Private Practice last night. I¹m working on a transcript, but it¹s going to take me most of today to finish up. Lexus sponsored the online video, but I will get a list of the ones I saw on TV. If anyone else has it recorded on their DVR- please send me a list of sponsors in your area. They are always different and I¹m in NYC. There is no direct link to the video, but easy to find. Just go to http://www.abc.com, click on ³full episode² and then find the recent episode of Private Practice. It takes about a minute to upload and start working (depending on your computer and connection). Hopefully it will be posted on YouTube in the future- which is easier to watch. Please don¹t watch while drinking or while your child is napping. You will probably be gasping a lot and screaming at your TV. Good luck and be prepared. I would give you a bullet proof vest to wear, if I could. Sincerely, Heeren PS- here is an example of one scene SCENE FIVE (all the doctors together) ADDISON: Grab a chart. We¹re checking every patient who was in here this morning for immunization. SAM: How many of these are we looking at, Coop? COOPER: How many what? SAM: These little time bombs- kids coming in without their vaccinations. COOPER: The vast majority of my practice is pro-vaccine. NAOMI: Whether or not to vaccinate should not even be open for debate. COOPER: It isn¹t. But, I agree with the Academy of American Pediatrics that we shouldn¹t abandon patients who chose not to vaccinate. PETE: (holistic type doctor) ¹s right. You can¹t kick a kid out just because the parents believe in a conspiracy theory about vaccines. SAM: The CDC is clear vaccines do not CAUSE autism. They save lives. That¹s the end of the story. Guest guest
I saw the episode and it's all I have been able to think about today. It was highly disturbing on several levels. And I believe it will certainly create fear in the minds of many! > > Every biomed parent needs to see this.
