Guest guest
Sorry if this is a cross-post for some of you, but I wanted to hear about what others thought. I sent my DH out to find a replacement for my awful multi-vitamin that I wasn't digesting. There were only about 5 to choose from in capsule form, and he did a good job of picking one out. I noticed that It has 10mg of alpha lipoic acid in 1 serving (3 capsules). I've been taking one capsule 3 times a day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I've been noticing strange things... I was eating Chinese takeout in an aluminum container, and I could taste the metal but once I put the food on a plate it was fine. And sudden irritability after taking my morning supplements, but I don't know if it's related to this multi-vit. Should I stop taking it? I have about 8 amalgams (I'm going to buy Andy's book so I can get them out ASAP!). It does also contain selenium (although not very much) and vitamin C, and I've already been taking extra C. Thanks!
