Guest guest
I was looking at the list of recommended supplements for chelation. My son is on the low oxalate diet so milk thistle is a supplement he cant take as its very high oxalate. Does anyone know of a good low oxalate substitute? Additionaly, Vitamin C also tends to cause oxalte issues and Ive been advised to limit his supplement intake to 250mg/day and provide the rest through diet. Are other folks in this situation? Is it possible to provide @ 2000mg through diet? Are there any alternate forms of Vit C that dont cause oxalate issues? Any advice and info would be appreciated.
