Undigested food and diarrhea

Our 21 month old stopped breastfeeding one month ago. He got several

vaccinations around the same time after which autism symptoms became

prominent. He has been having diarrhea during the last one week since

his diet became GFCF (which alternates with firm stool containing

undigested food). He has also developed a running nose.

We have bought diosmectite for treating diarrhea in children but we are

not sure whether to use it.

We have been giving him s emulsion cod liver oil and Kirkland

multivitamins (half tablet per day, which is the recommendation for 2yr

olds). I have read that lack of vitamins can cause indigestion. Would

it work to double the multivitamins we are giving? What else would

help?
