Guest guest
Dear all, This is a beautiful message sent to me by a lady. it reminded me of our children. They are like presents to us from God. We do not know what is inside till we begin to unwrap them, they begin to unfold, sometimes we might not like what we see, but it is good for us. It might be filled with sorrow, sadness and grief But the Lord has a present each day for us as we wake up ------ present of a smile for us from our children, ---------present of the first time they called us by name ----------present of the first time they say wee when wants to visit the rest room ------------present of the first time they ran and hugged you when you come back from work -------------present of the first time they held a real toy and looked at it. --------------present of the first time they played with their siblings ---------------present of the first time they slept throughout the night. -----------------present of the first time they had a good bowel with no constipation nor diarrhea --------------------present of the first time they ate solid food or even ate a fruit ---------------------present of the first time they were quite in church for complete 2 hours. -----------------------present of the first time he sat down in class with a good report from his teacher I can go on and on and on ---- SMILE, LOOK CLOSELY, WHEN YOU WAKE UP TOMORROW, THINK OF YESTERDAYS PRESENT --- AND THE ONES TO COME ANTICIPATE IT, AND YOU WILL SEE SOMETHING THAT WOULD SURELY GLADDEN YOUR HEART. IN THE MIDST OF YOUR SORROW, FIND JOY AND LAUGHTER. TRY TO GIVE A PRESENT TO OTHERS WHO YOU KNOW WOULD NEED IT IT COULD BE A WORD OF ADVISE, A SMILE, A CALL THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE AN EMAIL OF HOPE AND LOVE A RESPONSE TO YOUR EMAIL WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP FROM YOUR AUTISM GROUP -- IT MAKES A WHOLE LOT OF DIFFERENCE -- ABOVE ALL, A PRAYER FOR CONTINUOUS PROGRESS AND RECOVERY. Sincerely, Doris
