Guest guest
Hi, I'm sick. I have been drinking tons of water and it seems like my body has a problem with oxygen? I have my menstrual cycle and it is dark. My head also feels horrible, like there is not enough oxygen going to it. I also think I am having caffiene withdrawals because I didn't drink coffee yesterday. Anything you suggest I can do for myself?
Guest guest
quick thought..raspberry leaf tea - thiamine/coffee connection. magnesium and/or sulphur needs come to mind too (coffe again)..my older girl inhales raspberry leaf tea when feeling this kind of yuck (your post reminds me of her at these moments) & it helps her immensely...she also ups her lemon juice & honey too...wishing you the best, elizabeth > > Hi, I'm sick. Guest guest
have you had your thyroid tested? dark menstrual blood is in idicator of hypothyroidism, this would also explain the brain fog (lack of oxygen feeling). Caffeine withdrawal would not cause the menstrual changes, nor the brain fog. Just a headache and shakes, low energy. But if you need coffee everyday to function, you need to look at slow adrenals and a slow thyroid. > > Hi, I'm sick. Guest guest
Then can put you on Armour thyroid and you'll feel better. You need to find a doctor to test your TSH, Free T3, Free T4 and thyroid antibodies. And yes, specify t3 or they won't run it. Usually a holistic doctor or DO will do better with this than an endo. But a primary care doc can run labs for you. You can do a saliva hormone panel for the adrenals. visit this website and read, read, read... www.stopthethyroidmadness.com They can teach you what you need to know to find a doc and help this. > > > > > > Hi, I'm sick.
