Guest guest
I visited my brothers family today. His daughter is 17 mos. old and has just started to walk. She did experience 3 seizures since her flu vaccination in June. Mom is concerned that she may be on the spectrum. Here are some possible red flags that I notice during my visit....she wobbles and falls often while walking, sticks her fingers down throat unti she gags, when trying to talk it sounds like baby babbling (no real words), Does try to say daddy (daeee), while in high chair she screams a lot. Mom says at night that does some weird movements while sleeping. She describe the movements as a backwards crawl rolling from neck to waist. She also grinds her teeth while sleeping. One positive note is she seems pretty happy which is not common for most toddlers on the spectum. She also seems to eat just about anything. Are any of these alarming for a toddler? Any imput would be appreciated. Sincerly, 's Aunty Laurie
