Guest guest
i first started with some ALA from whole foods, then swithced to kirkmans ALA. I really notice these round-with the Kirkman stuff-being much worse. I just don't know why since they both just say alpha lipoic acid. I see. Why would one make her worse? Guest guest
I'm assuming you are giving same dosage, just different brands. I honestly think some brands are less potent than others for every supplement. I notice the difference taking the same amount of GAIA milk thistle compared to other brands. Supposedly same strength, but difference in reaction. You may want to back off the amount a bit more with Kirkmans? Did you change any other supplements or diet between or during the rounds which changed brands? It may be not the ALA but another change you made? Hope you figure it out. P.
