Guest guest
Can you take grapefruit seed extract (GSE) or oil of oregano? Did you try a low-carb diet like Atkin's? Carbs - any carbs, feed candida, so Atkin's a really good diet to starve out yeast. Die-off symptoms are pretty severe if you do strict induction (flu-like symtpoms), so you might want to start eliminating carbs slowly so your body can naturally get rid of toxins created by dead yeast cells. Add probiotics if not already. If you do the slow approach, then you can probably add GSE and/or oil of oregano. Both of these worked really well for me, my mom, and my 4yo. I get Nutribiotic 125mg GSE from vitacost.com or iherb.com.
