I plan to start only with ALA. Can you give an example of the specific

hours you do it.

I thought of :

8pm - 12am - 4am - 7.30am - 10.30am - 1.30pm - 4.30pm - 8pm again

Does that make sense ? any better way to divide it ? other tricks ?
