Supps I currently take are; Coq10, vit E, C, selenium, EPA-DHA 720 metagenics,

Cataplex B (standard processing/as I have trouble w/ B's), chelated zinc,

nattokinase (blood thinner/ neurotoxin neutralizer), N-acetyl glucosamine for

cartilage from ARG, Opticrine from Apex, Promensil for premenopausal/excellent

product!!, Ginkgo Biloba, Folapro/metagenics, and of course magnesium. Let me

know if you want mgs used. I take the above 2x's a day most of the time.

And for the drops; Curcuma, enula/for worms, molybdenum, kidney well, milk

thistle, cumanda. I usually do more.

I always put electrolytes " Balanced Electrolytes " w/out sulfate form ARG, and

HydraCel from Royal Body care inc. in my water. Makes a HUGE difference in my

brain.

I also use intestinal fungus formula/for mold, probiotics, vit c from

livonlabs.com for special times, and oil of oregano.

I have ozone generator too. I regularly use the nasal canula for 30 mins. Will

start drinking ozonated water soon, and give to dogs. I have been giving the

intestinal fungus formula for them too, as they were in the moldy house. It

definitely made a difference in them. I could tell. The mold also caused them to

have changed behavior, which has now subsided. My pomeranian kisses the

daschound throughout the day, but when the mold got bad, they at times were

fighting with teeth. We are all stable now, well I have my moments w/ exposures,

etc.

I am one of those that has to STRINGENTLY avoid ALL sulfur/sulfates or I get

bitchy. No eggs, no coffee, etc.

And my recent experience with a worm has lessened after I went to ER and got

albenzol. However 4 years of no one believing me has left me with a cyst on my

left kidney and gall bladder stones and sludge. Recent ultrasound I demanded

after reading at Mayo Clinic that a worm traveling around like my was for over 3

years can cause cysts. So sick of people thinking I'm a pysch case. I'm not.

Trying to get back to work. And succeeding.

Have to do follow up CT scan for other mass around kidney.

Can't tell you how much I missed everyone. I felt horrible that I didn't have

time or computer set up to tell you all what's been going on.

Toxic mold and MCS are brutal for me right now. Hangin tough.

But I'd like to sue my county for the way they've mishandled my case IMO. I am

disabled and not being treated fairly at all. Anyone know a good disability

lawyer?

By the way Townsend Letter June issue had a very good article on autism/lyme.

Hi Alison, (really) good to see you on board...tough stuff going on

your way,eh..ug...hope you swing back...while you are busy with all

the " emotional " fallout, am wondering about more mundane things &

what

is going on there...what supps are you currently taking? are you able

to keep on top of the ones you know help the most? ...I don't remember

the details right now, aren't there other contributing factors going,

besides the mold...

and I just read that transcript recently - about the allergy

reactions...neat that there is a video - didn't catch that part, or my

computer is not up to it, one or the other...
