ALA with other suppliments?

Hello; I'm giving my son tons of suppliments,

morning/afternoon/evening. We are about to start ALA soon. I was

wondering; can I give ALA along with other suppliments? If not how

much time apart from other suppliments?

>I believe that it is ok to give ALA with other supps, as ALA has to be

given at least every 3 hours it is very difficult to give away from

other supps anyway.

you can give it with the others, it does not need to be separate.

no time spacing is needed either, just give the ala on the three hour

dosing.
