I am one that has been very successful using LDN for FMS & MPS. I started out at 3.0mgs for about 6 months. Then I got brave and went to the 4.5mgs. The 3.0 was good, but I have been even better on the 4.5mgs! I started the 4.5mgs in Nov. I have not had a headache from the trigger points in the shoulders, neck and scalp muscles in at least a month. I still have to be careful and not to over-do sweets, wheat, and starches, but even now I am able to tolerate more of these catagories. I would recommend anyone with FMS or MPS to try the LDN. I don't have sleep issues with it anymore, which only lasted about 10 days when I began the protocol last May. I have some stiffness in the evening, but I live in MI. where the winter is going

to be a long cold one. I am a senior citizen, so I think the stiffness is coming with age!
