I know of a number of people with ALS who are using or have used LDN. Some have found it of significant help and others found it didn't help at all. Apparently there are 26 people with ALS using LDN on patientslikeme so may be worth checking there for more info. I have never joined there given the experiences of MSers using LDN who try to promote its use on there but was told the ALS part of patientslikeme is much more accepting of it.
