LDN, Scleroderma and resulting Pulmonary Hypertension

Hello all....

I have a co-worker that was recently diagnosed with pulmonary

hypertension due to Scleroderma. I have read that LDN can help people

suffering from Scleroderma as it is an autoimmune disorder.

Would LDN have the potential to help her? Would it aggravate her

pulmonary hypertension which, sadly, has already begun to affect her

heart?

Any ideas?
