Guest guest
Joyce, Perhaps you can try fresh squeezed lemon juice with honey and water it down. The same is true with the apple cider vinegar, with honey and watered down. Two table spoons for either one. (just in case that is not the way you took it). All the suggestions here are great.I currently take 20mg of Losec Apple cider vinegar only works on a person who does not produce enough hydrochloric acid. If you dont feel relief from the ACV then it is not your solution. The baking soda is my all time favourite, but I dont know how healthy it is for ingesting it more than once a week. Adding honey is not a smart idea because any sugar brings on heartburn. Your last morsel of food should be 4 hours before you lay down to sleep.Your dinner should be a small serving of protein and veggies which are alkalizing for your digestive system. Popcorn plain is a great snack at night that does not affect acid reflux or heartburn.
