Guest guest
At Dr. Bihari's recommendation, if you do NOT have high blood pressure or other conditions in the cautionary warning to take DL- Phenylalanine 500mg twice per day. Dr. Bihari says this will keep your endorphins up throughout the day. DL-Phenylalanine blocks the enzymes responsible for the breakdown of endorphins and enkephlins. Endorphins and enkephlins are a group of substances within the body that helps relieve pain. Endorphins are actually far more powerful than the drug known as morphine. Small cells throughout the nervous system, brain, spinal cord, and nerve endings are able to produce these morphine-like proteins. There are cautionary warnings so please do your research on this product. Anyone with high BP should not take and there are others. Research, research, research!! DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK, don't depend on someone else to do it for you. Have questions after you've researched, then ask. CAUTION: This product NOT intended for use by people with PKU (Phenylketonuria), or pregnant or lactating women. If you have high blood pressure or pre-existing pigmented malignant melanoma, use only under the guidance of a physician. Do NOT take with MAO inhibitor antidepressant drugs. I think Art (?) is using or have used it, or could help me telling more about this remedy. It's all natural, and is to be taken a couple of times a day. DLPA. DL Phenylalanine. One year ago when I started to use this forum, " the longtermers " here often mentioned it. > > > > Anyone? > Friendly regards from > Ingrid
