Guest guest
: That sounds EXACTLY like me. I have a terrible time waking up in the morning and left to my own devices, I sleep until Noon. In fact, now that I am not working, I DO sleep until noon. Sit until 4:00. Get dressed and do a few things, but it isn't until after midnight that I get most of my energy. In fact, that is when I get on the computer to do research, etc. (I am writing this email at 2;35 AM as we speak!).......Usually go to bed around 4:00 in the morning. Does that mean I should be taking my LDN in the morning????? Thanks. And be at it;s lowest at midnight, when one should be asleep. > > Saundra Renz > Earth, protect her for she is our life!!! > > > > [low dose naltrexone] Re: Elaine > > > Saundra--what is " flipped adrenal rhythm?
