Guest guest
Thanks Aletha, I'll give it a go. I feel like a truck has run over me today. Do you know why this would be the case ? My nervous system is very sensitive, having suffered a breakdown in the past, and also i have problems with my adrenals (exhuastion). I don't want to keep torturing myself with these alternate therapies if they aren't right for me. best, Leonie [sPAM][low dose naltrexone] Re:LDN side effects Hi Leonie, It sounds like you should reduce your dosage to 1.5mg to help you get through the beginning side effects better. You could also try and ride it through and it should go away within the first few weeks. All my best Aletha
Guest guest
Hi Leonie, A pharmacist explained to me that when you start taking LDN, you don’t get the most restorative level of sleep, even though you might think you’re sleeping ok. Then you feel exhausted during the day because you didn’t get the sleep you needed at night. This will work itself out, but it takes longer for some than others. I started at 3.0 and had to cut back to 1.5 for a while before going back up. I also felt really exhausted during the day for a while, like I just had to lie down and sleep right away. That did pass eventually. Judy Aletha/LDN side effects Posted by: " leonie cent " leoniecent@... mumpup2000 Sat Nov 8, 2008 10:36 pm (PST) Thanks Aletha, I'll give it a go. Guest guest
leonie the conventional therapies could 'torture' you far more than ldn. i would try and give it a good trial at a low dose before giving up. monique Thanks Aletha, I'll give it a go.
