Guest guest
Maybe OT, but my bodytemp is low low low during all day, and I feel cold. In the evening I suddenly start boiling and in the night I have to keep my bedroom window open, even in winter when the outside temp is -25C!!! Anybody else like this??? In the morning it all starts again, I have to shut the window and I feel cold..... Guest guest
Thanks, Maarit. Anyone else notice a difference in body temperature on LDN therapy? Guest guest
I would like to respond because of the positive temperature levels I have acquired since taking LDN. I have been taking LDN for 4 months and as we go into the cooler months I am not affected by the cold as I was last year. I am warm and only need a jacket as this mornings temperature was 34 here in Missouri. Last year I couldn't get warm and was in bed most of the winter. But this year I am taking to the cold very well and am excited about how my body is responding . It makes working alot easier when I have to get up in the cold and go to work. Just wanted to let everyone know that I am responding favorable to the temperatures this year. I have Crohn's and am able to much better since taking LDN this year. Thanks, Becky
Guest guest
OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE IS IMPORTANT BUT WAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT IS OUR CORE TEMPERATURES, SOMETIMES WHEN I AM GOING THROUGH A DIFFICULT EXACERBATION I CAN DRINK ICED WATER AND ACTUALLY FEEL MY SYMPTOMS SUBSIDING! BEFORE MRIs WERE THE ACCEPTED WAY TO DIAGNOSE MS PEOPLE WERE PUT IN 100+ DEGREE WATER AT WHICH POINT ANY LOSS OF ANY MUSCLE USE WOULD POINT TO MS! THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT LIVING IN COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL STOP MS BUT THAT A PERSON'S CORE TEMPERATURE IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN FIGHTING MS.
