Graswich Fungi fumes: Rare is the office tower that has suffered more abuse than the new California Environmental Protection Agency building on I Street. Now, two months before its grand opening, the building is infected by an airborne mold. " It's the kind of mold you might find in your bathroom, " said Duane Wray, technical services manager for the city of Sacramento, which owns the skyscraper. " It entered the building through some unsealed areas of the roof. It's not toxic, but we're having it removed before tenants arrive.
