Arimidex advice?

Hi, I'm new to the group. My name is and I've been on HRT for

3yrs now. My Endocrinologist retired a couple of years ago, and I've

been getting my androgel(4squirts a day) from my primary care doctor. I

had some blood work done recently and it still shows my estrogen as

being too high (I think 68 pg/ml). My test is around 675, and my free

test looks good. I ordered some Arimidex online and started taking it a

few days ago. I took .25 the first day and the same the third day. Can

anyone tell me what I can expect, or how long it will take for it to

work. I should also add that the main reason for taking the Arimidex is

for a low sex drive and a general run down feeling. Can anyone give me

some advice as to the dosage and how often I should take it? I've

heard .25 every other day, or Mon, Wed, Fri.
