injection from hell

I wanted to ask this group for some advice. I've

been successfully treating my hypogondadism with weekly injections

of 100mg of cypionate or enanthate for about a year now. Well I'm

currently suffering from the injection from hell. I mean sure, a

little soreness I'm used to - but it's been six days since my injection

and my arm/shoulder hurts like a mother. My deltoid is a little swollen

as well and hard as a rock. Last night I got the chills so I'm

wondering if I have an abscess of some kind. Due to a lack of

cooperation with my Dr, I've been purchasing through the black market.

Did I get a bad batch of enanthate (british dragon)? Or was it

something I did during the shoot? - air bubbles, shot too fast? etc?

Will this go away? Is there anything I can do to facilitate healing? I

appreciate any and all advice. Thanks!
