Guest guest
I concur with Phil , that is wonderful news. I joined the Apnea group to try to help my sister in law too. I do hope this proves out for him, please keep us posted on his condition if you would. That is interesting that the doctor seems to think your husband's hormone levels is the result of sleep apnea. I am wondering if this may be connected in my sister in laws condition. They have never once checked into her hormones. She is also 'pooped all the time' and sits and reads and watches TV all her time. I will say a prayer for him too! I think you know she has already had the sleep test and is wearing a CPAP at night and gets a good night sleep now. The doctor seemed quite confident that my husband's hormone levels are a result of poor sleep (apnea), lack of exercise (because of being so pooped all the time), and late bedtime hours. He was accepted as a good candidate into the study, which begins Monday for him. He will be sleeping overnight at the clinic on Monday evening. I will keep you all updated. This may be a ray of hope for some of the younger men, with apnea, who have low T (as well as low estrogen, Progesterone etc..) like my hubby. I will keep my fingers crossed. __________________________________________________
