Guest guest
I take mine in the morning with my other normal perscriptions, it seems to work just fine. Guest guest
I would take it after I eat dinner E2 goes up the highest at night when you are a sleep. Try to keep track on how you feel now and by the time you take the .5 mg. pill in 4 days. Like brain fog, feeling hot and sweating or looking red and moning wood with libido. As your E2 comes down the above goes away but if you go to low you will not be able to get it up taking viagra. So try to be able to tell if you go to low and if so stop until you feel your E2 comming back up you will know what I am taking about when you get your E2 down and start to feel better. You can get real good at this and find you may get by on .25mgs every 3 days as time goes on. Phil Dave <daultman@...> wrote: Just got told to get started on Arimidex. Guest guest
I would disagree with this, though in the end it probably doesn't matter much due to the half life of Adex. If you think about the action of arimidex, it does not block E, it rather works by keeping your T from aromatazing to E. In this vein, I would suggest morning best option, as natural T is highest in the morning. Pay attention to morning wood and libido. Arimidex is strong stuff and it will drive your E2 too low fairly quickly. ANd too low is even worse than too high for side effects. It's a hard balancing act. It took a lot of experimenting to get it right for me, and even then I still bounce back and forth some. I tried 1/2 tablets every other day, every third day, every 4 day and still went too low eventually. I tried 1/4 tablets every other days, every third and every fourth and eventually still went too low. Now I take a week off once a month and start back with a half tab followed with quarter tabs about every other day for about 3 weeks and then stop for a week again. - - - - Just another albino black sheep
Guest guest
If one is on TRT you in most men do not have natural T in the morning. But it is all about how you feel. I get a rash when my E2 is going up and at 3 am I was itching bad got up and took a 1 mg. Arimidex and it a half an hour thie itching was better. I have not taken Arimidex in 5 days. You need to just try different times and see how it works. Phil Kramer <bb1fit@...> wrote: I would disagree with this, though in the end it probably doesn't matter much due to the half life of Adex.
