Guest guest
Hi Guys, I was wondering. I have been taking T for many years now and the last reading that I had was in March 28 06. It was at the high end then. It read 942-- range 240-950 Now that I have my E2 down to nearly normal won't this run the Total T up a bit? I was wondering if I shouldn't have that checked pretty soon. I know that it does thicken the blood, which I don't need since I am on an aspirin a day anway. What experience have you guys had with this? I also take Cialis 20mg every 72 hours. I have had wood a couple of times only so far and they weren't together. Any opinions? Oh yes my E2 was down to 27-range 20-75 Phil you said this was pretty good reading for E2. Guest guest
Hi Roy, Yes get Total and Free T, DHT, Estradiol, Total E, and DHEA-S checked just before your next shot. I do the blood work then when I get home I do the shot. How many pills of Cialis have you had now 3 I think. E2 looks good now every time you do blood work make sure they test this. And ask about adding HCG. Phil Roy <chickenbirdtree@...> wrote: Hi Guys, I was wondering. I have been taking T for many years now and the last reading that I had was in March 28 06. Guest guest
Hey Phil, You mean I need to have a whole blood work up again? I thought that if my total T and free were checked it would be enough this time. You mean you have as complete blood work up each month or so? The first full blood work up cost $1800.00 for my insurance Co. They may raise my premiums if if I push it too hard. Everything was ok except my E was high at that time. So you think having HCG added to the mix will help me feel better too? I don't mind small balls if I can do the job. They aren't that small yet anyway. My main thought was that too high total T would make my blood too thick for my own good. Guest guest
I would say you need to do this test because your levels will change getting your E2 down and no if your Dr. orders blood work a lot this is what they have to do to get you leveled off. When you do the test make sure you drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day so your test will show if your blood is to thick and not because your dehydrated. And yes HCG will make your libido go up and help with sex. Phil Roy <chickenbirdtree@...> wrote: Hey Phil, You mean I need to have a whole blood work up again? Guest guest
Hey Roy - what Phil advised is the best thing to do, however, if you are tight on money (as a lot of folks are these days) in my opinion some test are more important than others so I go for the bang for my buck. Total T and E2 are what I get tested most frequently if I am not making any big changes. In your case, you probably want to get a hematocrit to see if you are making too many red blood cells (which thickens your blood). We all need to drink lots of water every day!!!!!!! I am also going to ask about HCG in July. In my opinion it makes since to keep your testicles operating on some level even if it is low. Also we do not know the full affect of not having LH in our systems for long periods of time Just my 2 cents - Arkansas Roy <chickenbirdtree@...> wrote: Hey Phil, You mean I need to have a whole blood work up again? Guest guest
Dam good point Dan but he does need to get a full blood test this time his Free T or at least mine did go way up and my DR. lower my dose. Dr. did tell my Dr. this about HCG " I just instinctively do not want all those LH receptors (including those we have yet to discover and appreciate) unstimulated. " So with this comes the feeling of well being we get after a shot. Guest guest
He there Dan - What you said makes sense to me. I just had my Estriadol level checked in April 26th was 27 Range-20-75. So that was good then, I don't see why I should have to have it checked again right now. I am going to get my Total T and free T checked and like you said I think it is important for me to get a hematocrit check too. My total T was almost at the top before I started taking Arimidex so I expect it to go up. Thanks Dan for your input. I normally drink a lot o water ever day and as Phil said I should drink at least 8 glasses on the test. Just a day before my shot. I will also check on the HCG added to he mix. Thanks Arkansas Roy Dan Meatheany <dmeatheany@...> wrote: Hey Roy - what Phil advised is the best thing to do, however, if you are tight on money (as a lot of folks are these days) in my opinion some test are more important than others so I go for the bang for my buck.
