Guest guest
As I am a woman, I have heard that, regardless of sex, IF you go to a therapist and explain to them how much it bothers you and how insecure you are because of it...that your health insurance HAS to pay for it. I know, because my husband wants me to do this to get breast implants, MEN! Good luck! Jen
Guest guest
Norton, As a woman, living with a man with hypogonadism, and a 4 year old son, being that I love them both dearly, that, " MEN " was not an insult or anything in that nature, it was more along the lines of a endearing thing. Men are so very different than women and I love the differences. As for my husband growing up, who knows. I can tell you though, that we got married at 17, had our first child at 18, and our second child at 19, and we'd only been dating 3 months, I'd say he's pretty darn mature for a 22 year old guy that works for his family and is the sole supporter of a stay at home wife and a 4 year old and a 3 year old. Not to mention, I have to tie him down so he'll stay home because he's sick. My husband is a hard working man and he's a construction worker and you all know the problems you guys go through with this medical condition...if the only sign of immaturity is that he teases his wife about getting breast implants I'll gladly take it. Sorry to offend you, not intentional. Jen P.S. Oh...When he does tease about breast implants..don't worry, I get him back..I say " as soon as you get a penis enlargement "

Any idea how > one can get your insurance to cover this? > > Thanks ------------------------------ Probably your doctor would have to support in writing to your insurance company a compelling medical reason for surgery, otherwise it is considered cosmetic and they won't cover that. Have the lumps been biopsied, perhaps percancerous, also the soreness is troubling, your symptoms seem legitimately medical for further investigation. norton

In fact there are many other men who feel the same way, that it is not natural, not necessary for any good reason. Jen, its too bad your husband is the way he is in his attitude towards what he considers sexual. Maybe he will grow up someday, or maybe he won't. And, I have to tell you that I resent your putting the word " men " in capital letters to apparently emphasise your point. We are NOT all the same, us males, and it is unfair and shortsighted to think we are. Norton
Guest guest
Thanks Jen I will have to look into pursuing this avenue further. > > As I am a woman, I have heard that, regardless of sex, IF you go to a > therapist and explain to them how much it bothers you and how insecure you are > because of it...that your health insurance HAS to pay for it. Guest guest
I really want more than anything to get rid of my manboobs. Has anyone in this group used Dr. Wiener in houston for their gynecomastia surgery? there is yet another guy in Dallas who is two weeks post op and is extremely happy with Dr. Wieners work. That makes about 10 guys now I have heard from that are happy with this surgeon. And he is also the least expensive. Only $2685 all inclusive. Any feedback would be appreciated. Help!
