Grateful Trannyboy,

I keep finding compounder in whom I would be the first for them to compound

the cream.

A question or 2 though..   My DHT has been consistently below the range of

30-85 and likewise DHEA around 160 on the range of 107-745.

My doctor prescribed the Dht cream to help with T retention, gyno, and the

abscence of errections.

You speak of substrate or enzymes.   What are they and should I be looking to

increase these as well or should I try to increase these before going directly

to the cream?????

Justus

Try calling PCCA, they can obtain DHT and provide you with the names

of compounder in your area. http://www.pccarx. com/

Most likely you are going to be a first for the pharmacist. No big

deal, they just review the books and proceed as if making testosterone

cream. If they make topical hormones they can make DHT cream.

The substrate for dihydrotestosterone is testosterone. If your T

levels are high but DHT are low, then it isn't converting for one of

many reasons. The enzyme is 5 & #945;-reductase and I don't know of a way to

increase enzyme levels. You might research under the intersexed

disorder called 5-alpha-reductase deficiency.

Others here have suggested ways to alter DHT levels. It is important

to remember that it is possible for all hormone levels to fluctuate.
