My DHT test history: the data in the bracket is the reference range

from the lab.

first time, 4.3 nmol/l (1.2-4.7nmol/l) (the lower edge could be 1.2,

but I don't remember, may be one point something else)

second time, 13.6 nmol/l, and this is the one I said might be an error

made by the lab

third time, 4.9 nmol/l

fourth time, 5.9 nmol/l; or perhaps five point something else, I don't

remember.

So you see, my DHT level is a typical young man's level, but many

White men my age have much more facial hair than I do, and I'm Asian.

So it could mean, a Chinese man and an Anglo-Saxon man, both had the

same level of DHT of, let's suppose, 4.7 nmol/l; and this amount of

DHT could stimulate the white man to grow a lot of beard, while it

does only 10% of the effect on a Chinese man.

But I do not know what affects the sensitivity of the facial follicles

toward DHT, anyone has any idea?
