Guest guest
I clearly have low testosterone. 180 - 220 ranges in the morning. I find an intolerance to exercise. But my fatigue strikes after exercise while at rest. In other words EXERCISE, FOLLOWED BY REST = EPISODE OF WEAKNESS. Long recovery periods are required after a day of doing yardwork. Sometimes it takes 3 days of rest to recover. I find that fatigue strikes my arms when sitting still. I can sometimes abort the fatigue by re-engaging in activity, eating, drinking a coke, coffee, or anything that represents a metabolic increase. Can anyone else diagnosed with hypogonadism relate to this?
