Guest guest
Hi Everyone, First, Thanks for all these valuable inputs. It is real life scenario and is very helpful. I have been night owl all my life with last 3 years with constant travelling and related stress + food deprivation ( I am vegetarian.) . This has caused me Hypogonadism which was detected last summer i.e. April 2008. I was prescribed Testim which caused me wild mood fluctuation and the second mistake I made was : Getting Androfil ( equivalent of Testim - theoritically !!) from India ( to save money - I have no insurance ) , which after 1 month caused me Gynacomastia. I do have lack of mental clarity at times and it has cost me my six figure job. After going through agony of Low T and Gyno, I decided to go for Tribulus and Proper Diet, Exercise, Enough Sleep etc. I have got back my morning wood since I opted for this natural way to boost T. However, being vegetarian, my options are limited for Diet Choices to increase the T naturally. However, clear picture should emerge once I have next Blood Tests. My Blood Reports are as mentioned so far : Hormone April-2008 Oct.2008 Feb.2009 T 278 297 260 and Free T at 1.21 LH 3.9 3.75 5.9 FSH 1.3 1.01 1.39 TSH - - 0.97 Prolactin 11.1 - 8.0 PSA 0.5 - 0.557 Thyro -Globulin Ant - - 46 Thyroid -Peroxidas - - 6 ACTH Plasma - - 24.1 I don't know why, but my EndoDoc didn't ordered E2 Test in Feb.09, eventhough I told him that I have now the symptom of Gyno. Although, the symptom of Gyno is there, it is not worsening once I stopped that crappy Androfil gel. I have my scheduled Blood Tests Tomorrow. From the actual real life experience , Pl. let me know which tests should I go for . Also, has anyone tried to go natural way to increase the T i.e. Tribulus, Good Diet, Exericse, Enough Sleep etc. I know going natural can't elevate T to the level which can be achieved by T Injection. However, The side effect - specially the last few posts has mentioned i.e. the shrinkage of Penis - scenario is holding me back to go on Full TRT. Any / All Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Regards, - Ann
